He Who Laughs Last

Laughs Loudest…. Everyone has a sense of humor. If you don’t laugh at jokes, you probably laugh at opinions. Don’t feel bad when everyone’s ahead of you, there’s time for everyone including you. Be sure not to laugh at your friends when they need you because they may laugh louder when you need them. If you laugh a lot, your wrinkles would be in the right place when you grow older. Silently watching and waiting for your turn is the best remedy for everything and when that surprise comes and shocks everyone, be sure to laugh till your sides hurt…after all, it’s your time to laugh.

Thinks Slowly…Nothing is more ridiculous than watching a bunch of old people laugh at their own jokes. Sometimes, you laugh out of their boring nature and not their jokes. It’s equally so annoying to tell your dad or mum a joke and it takes them 5 minutes and a detailed explanation of the joke before they begin to giggle. What’s the essence of a joke when I have to explain it to you? Sometimes, they get an entirely different meaning and yell at you for being unserious. If you don’t have a good sense of humour, please avoid me because everything is a joke to me. A day without laughter is a wasted day.

Lacks Wisdom…Why do you suddenly dislike me because I laugh a lot? Seriousness has nothing to do with laughter and you should get that into your head. Behind every smile is a golden achievement and behind every laughter is a precious memory.   Your A in logistics doesn’t disqualify you from smiling and a real genius understands the importance of laughter. Laugh if you will…Great people laughed at all great ideas and inventions, they laughed at Nitrous Oxide(Laughing gas).

Makes Others Laugh….I am constantly guilty of laughing first and laughing last. What do I mean? I laugh at a little joke and continue to laugh till everyone joins me in another round of laughter. Laughter is a good medicine for the soul. Why shouldn’t I laugh often? With the constant problems and issues in Nigeria, laughter is the only remedy for me. Take a look at our politicians, they have turned the national assembly to a play house. Who am I not to laugh?

It’s hard to enjoy practical jokes when your life feels like one. The world is a tragedy to those who feel, but a comedy to those who think. There is a thin line that separates laughter and pain, comedy and tragedy, humor and hurt. Life doesn’t make any sense, and we all pretend it does. Comedy’s job is to point out that it doesn’t make sense, and that it doesn’t make much difference anyway. Life is a drama full of tragedy and comedy. You should learn to enjoy the comic episodes a little more. As soon as you have made a thought, laugh at it. Comedy is the art of making people laugh without making them puke. My tendency to make up stories and lie compulsively for the sake of my own amusement takes up a good portion of my day and provides me with a peace of mind not easily attainable in this economic climate. You think I’m deranged! How refreshing. Everyone here takes me so seriously, it’s a wonderful change to be thought mentally deficient. There is no greater power than that of a laugh and happiness is a force which can save a person from the horrors of the world. The only honest art form is laughter, comedy. You can’t fake it…try to fake three laughs in an hour — ha ha ha ha ha — they’ll take you away, man. You can’t. And eventually He who doesn’t laugh at this post

  3. Laughter is the greatest medicine indeed. We shouldn’t let the stress of life get to us and steal our laughter. As you said so wisely, There is a thin line that separates laughter and pain, comedy and tragedy, humor and hurt. We need an abundance of laughter to get through life!

  4. This is so true! People should stop thinking others are weird just coz they laugh a lot. Uhhh, this post reminded me of the last time I laughed for no reason, it was definitely with my best friend like 2 years ago before convid 19. We were the inseparable pair, we would laugh at literally anything, things that make no sense. School used to be a joke to us, a place to go and meet each other and just laugh for literally no reason. We would imagine how our classmate woyld look as a pencil and we wud laugh at that. I haven’t laughed like that since a very long time, without any reason. I do laugh these days too, but never so freely that every senseless thing could make me laugh. Things have changer a lot *sighs*.
    Wonderful post, dude!!!!

I and my best friend still make up of literally everything we see around us, kinda weighs down the burden of education😅😅and Nigeria🙂😂
I guess you’re missing your friend a lot and she must be missing you too
Change is constant, we only have to learn to accept it.

I am proud that I laugh so much and I agree with you there’s so much happening already in the world that a little laughter is medicine to the soul.
